At Lindori Fiber Studio, each item is created with intention and care. Because of the nature of our products—many of which are printed or custom-fulfilled—we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the policy below carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Overview
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders, including physical and digital products. Please double-check your order details and product descriptions before placing your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you include:

We will review your request and do what we can to make it right—either by issuing a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges due to sizing, color preferences, or incorrect selections. Please read all item descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about a product, contact us first.
Gifts Cards
All digital gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or transferred once purchased. Please treat your gift card code like cash and store it safely.
Shipping returns
If you are instructed by our team to return an item (due to damage, for example), please follow these steps:

Package the item securely.
Ship to the address provided in our response email.
Please note:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless we state otherwise.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us at [email protected] to resolve any issues related to delivery.
